Every year, we invite current students to apply for on-campus volunteer roles and paid positions that help cultivate attributes such as leadership, 沟通, 以及解决问题的能力. Here are just a few of the positions that you may be interested in pursuing during your time at DigiPen.
学术支持实验室导师
家庭教师在 学术支援实验室 under the supervision of the DigiPen Library through the Learning Resource Center to provide drop-in tutoring for select 100- and 200-level courses. Tutors do not replace time in the classroom or faculty office hours but are considered an additional resource for students outside of the classroom to understand and reinforce classroom concepts and effective learning strategies. The purpose of tutoring is to increase and enhance mastery of concepts or applications of a specific course of study. Students must be an incoming sophomore, junior, or senior student in good academic standing and must have earned a 3.0 or higher GPA in the course(s) they wish to tutor.
职业服务助理(CSA)
The CSA is a student representative for DigiPen’s Office of 职业服务, reporting to the Coordinator of 职业服务. This is a customer service-oriented opportunity which will support the team with 职业服务 events and the marketing of those events. When the team is operating on campus, the CSA welcomes any student visitors that stop by the 职业服务 Office, answer basic career-related questions, and interface with employer guests. Training will be provided for this role.
外展学生大使
The 学生大使计划 is coordinated through the Office of Outreach and is comprised of student leaders who volunteer to share their DigiPen experience with prospective students, families, and other members of the greater community.
Ambassadors assist with all types of events that the Office of Outreach hosts for prospective students and their guests. These events can include individual opportunities such as 学生的阴影, Zoom calls, 视频面试, 还有电子邮件交流, as well as group events such as panels, 预览天, and tours. Ambassadors can also attend training and professional development sessions and inform the way that Outreach speaks about the current student experience.

住宿顾问(RA)
The Housing Resident Advisor team consists of 10 student leaders who live within the DigiPen Housing communities. Each RA is assigned a group of 15-20 Housing residents whom they serve and oversee for the duration of the academic year. The RA team is trained extensively in conflict mediation, 应急响应, 积极的沟通. Every RA hosts at least one event per month for their students to ensure they feel engaged and connected within the DigiPen Housing community.
Dragon Activities Board (DAB) Member
The Dragon Activities Board (DAB) consists of a group of students who are tasked with facilitating several Student Engagement events and activities for the fall and spring semesters. DAB members are expected to help organize, advertise, 领导全校范围的活动, including, but not limited to: the Halloween Pageant, 宾果的夜晚, 每月知识问答之夜, Craft-ernoons (DIY craft activities), 开放麦克风之夜, 每月电影之夜.
助教(TA)
Teaching Assistant help in the in-class instruction and grading of a specific course. They also offer academic support to current students taking the class. TAs must have taken and passed the class with a B or better to qualify.
